Villa Information

This 175 square meters villa is part, with its bigger sister villa, of an estate of 6500 square meters. On the property there is a large infinity pool by the ocean, a shallow pool for the kids, a zodiac rubber boat, a bigger traditional boat and a tennis court.
The building has a traditional, very high thatched roof completely open on three sides, it can be shaded and protected by beautiful bamboo venetian blinds, creating a peaceful spot to enjoy the ocean. This open space is used as living and dining room but due to the size, it can become a yoga hall.
The furniture are beautiful, comfortable and they combine very well with the Balinese art work.
On the back side of the building, still under the same roof facing the sea, there is a well equipped kitchen.
The first bedroom on the ground floor it is air-conditioned, decorated with lovely furniture it has a large king size bed and also a day bed that can be used as a comfortable sleeping station for the children. The luxurious attached bathroom is half-open with lush tropical plants.
The second bedroom also has an half open attached bathroom, it is a veranda located upstairs with a fantastic view of Nusa Penida and the ocean, the furnishing is old teak handicraft. Up here there is no air-con, and you practically won't need it as the ocean breeze is a lot better!
The atmosphere of the whole property is very peaceful and even though you share the pool with the bigger villa, you can always maintain your privacy.
The service and the food are top quality, the ingredients are fresh and the best quality available. The Chef is a woman and her touch is sublime…. and I'm very picky with my meals!
If you want to dine out, the villa provides a car service for the neighborhood, there are nice restaurants and 2 five stars resorts minutes away.
Exciting diving is also available in the close town of Padangbai.
Yes it is almost Paradise!
